1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • This is the time it takes to print, finalize, and package your personalized hiking T-shirt order before it is shipped to the carrier.

Important Note on Delivery Times:

While most orders arrive within the estimated time frame (2–4 business days for the U.S., 5–8 business days for international shipments), unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.

In the event of a delay, we remain committed to assisting you until the matter is resolved. If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately at contact@FloraTee.com. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@FloraTee.com.

6. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Tax and Duties

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

8. Important Note
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each destination.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. Please follow the tracking code to stay updated on the shipping progress and avoid lost orders.

If your tracking information does not update for more than 7 consecutive business days, or if your package appears lost, please contact us immediately at contact@FloraTee.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and offer a resolution, which may include reshipment or a refund depending on the circumstances.
