FloraTee Return, Refund & Guarantee Policy

At FloraTee, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues promptly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
  • This timeframe applies to orders shipped with standard shipping methods.
  • After this period, your order will be sent into production and we may not be able to make changes.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

2.1 Timeframe

  • Our policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

2.2 Eligibility

We gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if the item you receive has a major issue, including when it is:

  • Significantly different from the description or the preview shown before purchase;
  • Damaged or defective due to factory or carrier fault;
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design compared to your order confirmation).

In other cases not listed above, a partial refund (excluding shipping fees) may be offered at our discretion after reviewing the evidence.

2.3 How to File a Claim

Please email contact@FloraTee.com or submit the form at https://FloraTee.com/pages/contact with:

  • Order number;
  • Photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item;
  • For printing errors, images of the error;
  • For sizing issues, a photo with a measuring tape/ruler on the garment;
  • For missing items, photos of all received items + the shipping label;
  • For non-functioning items (e.g., LED component), a clear video demonstrating the issue.

If eligible, we will resend the product at no cost. If replacement is not practical, we will refund the full product cost (including shipping fees for the affected item).

2.4 Note

We generally do not accept refunds or replacements for customer mistakes such as:

  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or design;

3. Lost or Missing Items

  • The claim window is 30 days from your purchase date.
  • If tracking has shown no updates for more than 14 days (US orders) or 21 days (international orders), you may request a replacement or refund.
  • Claims may be denied if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

4. Replacement & Refund Process

  • Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not require a physical return. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item unless we specifically request a return.
  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return label (where applicable).
  • Replacements follow standard production timelines.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (posting time depends on your bank/payment provider).

5. Color, Print & Appearance Disclaimer

  • Please allow for up to ~20% variance in color or appearance due to lighting conditions, monitor display, and manufacturing tolerances.
  • Such variance is not considered a defect. If you believe your case exceeds normal variance, submit evidence and we will review it fairly.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

All FloraTee products come with a 30-Day Guarantee, starting from the date the tracking status shows "delivered."
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 100% refund or a brand-new replacement — no questions asked.


7. What This Policy Doesn’t Limit

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly while complying with all consumer protection requirements.
